Your Duties and Responsibilities...

• Automation Mastery: Spearhead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that code integration and deployment are seamless, efficient, and automated. Your aim is to turn manual processes into automated marvels.
• Cloud Infrastructure Innovation: Utilize your expertise in Azure Cloud and Terraform to architect and manage resilient and scalable cloud infrastructure. You'll ensure our mobile applications have a solid foundation to perform flawlessly.
• DevOps Culture Champion: Infuse the DevOps philosophy throughout the mobile app team, advocating for continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will inspire a shift towards a more agile and collaborative development environment.
• Quality and Security Gatekeeper: Implement and oversee rigorous testing frameworks and security protocols, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and secure applications. Your vigilance will safeguard our member's data and trust.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work hand-in-hand with developers, QA engineers, and architects to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges. Your collaborative spirit will keep the team moving forward together.

Minimum requirements

• DevOps and Automation Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including automation of build, testing, and deployment processes in a high-velocity development environment.
• Azure Cloud Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud services, with a focus on deploying and managing scalable, reliable infrastructure. Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code is essential.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate technical requirements in a way that business stakeholders can understand. You should be able to engage with and win the hearts and minds of both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advocacy for DevOps Culture: Passion for promoting DevOps culture, tooling, and methodologies within the team. A champion for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and agile practices.
