Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities: 

AWS Infrastructure Engineering 

• Design and construct the platform where our applications operate. 

• Consider and implement disaster recovery measures for core services, ensuring robust security integration. 

Issue Resolution 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting our teams on various platforms. 

Modernizing Git Usage 

• Architect, design, and document forward-looking solutions. 

Container Platform Management 

• Enhance and maintain the container platform supporting our digital landscape. 

Automation Advocate 

• Automate repetitive tasks, ensuring a streamlined workflow. 
• Automate the build and deployment of Mobile Applications. 

Linux Administration 

• Administer and maintain the Linux environment, keeping it conducive to innovation. 

Infrastructure as Code Implementation 

• Develop and implement infrastructure as code for efficient deployment and management. 

Qualifications

Agile Collaboration 

• Work seamlessly with multiple agile development squads. 
• Work closely with various other teams such as infrastructure, networking, change management, operations, etc 

Collaborative Work 

• Thrive in a highly collaborative environment, contributing to collective success. 

AWS Proficiency 

• Expertise in AWS, crafting resilient and secure architectures. 
• Creating, assisting and validating solution designs 

Container Orchestration 

• Manage Kubernetes and Docker for seamless application orchestration. 
• Experience with container migrations would be beneficial 

Linux Proficiency 

• Administer and maintain Linux systems. 

Tool Proficiency 

• Utilize a variety of tools, including Jenkins CI, Ansible/Chef/Puppet/Packer, Terraform, Nginx/Apache, etc.
