    Dialler Manager

    Job Description

    • Are you a Dialler Manager looking for a new opportunity? A leading retail company are offering a fantastic opportunity to become a part of their team.

    Requirements

    • At least 6 years working experience working in a call centre environment
    • 3 years’ experience in managing operating dialler systems.
    • Tableau and Presence technology knowledge preferred
    • Outbound dialling systems knowledge
    • Experience with behavioural risk scoring, account segmentation, and calling strategies.
