What’s the role?

You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with various teams to produce new content for existing and/or new web properties
• Develop and deliver different content elements (video, imagery, text) to improve site ranking and authority
• Create and manage content sprints with measurable results with agile methodology
• Review and edit content copy created by others, ensuring consistency in quality and tone of voice
• Update, optimize, improve existing evergreen content
• Produce marketing copy for multiple web properties
• Collaborate and follow best practices to craft the best possible SEO pages for websites
• Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps in content, and plan content to fill those gaps
• Create multimedia content using Adobe Suite and/or other software

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification - Bachelor’s degree or proven experience directly in the field
• Previous experience in an SEO-related role, understanding principles of creating content for maximizing SEO
• Previous experience working in online marketing
• Previous experience writing video scripts
• Proven experience with professional writing; proper grammar and spelling
• Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Express, XD, Rush
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush & WordPress CMS
