Digital Designer

We are looking for a Digital Designer/s to create amazing design concepts for campaigns and interfaces. You’ll work in close collaboration with our Strategy, Content and Development teams to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive and conceptual material for our clients. The applicant should have at least two years’ working experience in the web and campaign design space and should have the following capabilities:

Responsibilities 

• Mockup creative ideas 
• Design across multiple channels 
• Consistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list 
• Contribute to brainstorms and concepts 
• Contribute to crafting the design of an idea 
• Generate ideas and sell them to clients and other members of the team 
• Compile presentations with your team 
• Attend briefings and presentations 

Requirements 

• Great time management skills 
• Able to interface with clients and be proactive with projects and brand ideas
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• Adept problem-solving skills 
• Great communication skills with the ability to provide rationales for creative choices 
• Good presentation skills 
• Excellent working knowledge of existing and emerging technologies and platforms 
• Able to work effectively with team members 

Proficiency using the following tools:

• Illustrator 
• Photoshop 
• XD
• Adobe Animate (Flash) 
• HTML and CSS Coding (basic understanding)
• KeyNote/PowerPoint 

Portfolio of previous work is essential.
