Digital Marketing Assistant at Santam Insurance

What you will do:

• Support the Group Digital Marketing team in the day to day administration and execution of various initiatives 
• Support the broader Group Marketing function on integrated campaigns and projects
• Oversee aspects of social media community management linked to complaints and compliments, using technology to enable effective management of client queries, service requests and proactive reputation management
• Assists with the day to day administration and execution of digital marketing and marketing initiatives
•  Manage cost estimates and ensure payment
• Oversee complaints, queries and monitor reputational risks in digital channels using Santam’s Enterprise online reputation management tool
• Developing monthly content plans for client and intermediary digital marketing channels for approval by the Manager of Group Digital Marketing and the Head of Marketing
• Ensuring that the content produced is aligned with the brand's corporate identity and tone
• Working closely with creative and media agencies to develop, implement, track and measure performance of digital initiatives
• Uploading content to the various client and intermediary digital channels and testing compatibility across different browsers and mobile devices
• Creating measurement and tracking for campaigns in tag manager and Microsoft CRM, testing to ensure that the end to end integration between different systems is in place and working
• Support campaigns across the marketing function

 
Job Requirements:

• A background in marketing preferably with some Digital Marketing and technology experience. Must be able to work across the entire marketing function in order to support the content creation process for the various lines of business.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years Marketing or Communications experience, preferably within the digital field
• Relevant Marketing degree or diploma is essential
• Good problem solver
• Self starter
• Experience usin CRM and Social media monitoring and analytics tools
• Campaign management experience
