Manage and maintain company and events websites with a strong focus on user experience and performance. Execute A/B testing, usability testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously improve website effectiveness.
Drive organic growth through on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Must have hands-on experience with WordPress and understand SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Set up, manage, and optimise Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts and other tracking tools. Monitor user behaviour, campaign performance, and key site metrics to inform decision making.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn. Oversee ad creative, targeting, and funnel strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Allocate, track, and manage digital marketing budgets. Optimize spend to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and increase customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across multiple brands and events, ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Collaborate with project directors and marketing teams to execute data-informed campaigns.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and growth.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, paid media innovations, and emerging performance marketing tools. Apply insights to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including SEO, CRO, paid media, and analytics.
Proficiency with tools like GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, and A/B testing platforms.
Certifications in Google Ads, GA4, Meta Blueprint, or SEO/CRO platforms (e.g. HubSpot, SEMrush, CXL).
Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to manage budgets, track KPIs, and optimize performance.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns across regions and teams.
