    Digital Marketing Specialist (12622)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategy

    • Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and X (Twitter).
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize to achieve KPIs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

    Develop and Implement SEO Strategy

    • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical audits.
    • Develop content strategies that align with SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
    • Stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure SABC’s digital content remains competitive.

    Manage and Optimize MarTech Tools

    • Utilize various MarTech tools to automate and enhance marketing efforts.
    • Integrate new technologies to improve campaign performance and reporting.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis from MarTech tools.

    Campaign Management and Reporting

    • Set up, run, and track campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and X/Twitter Ads.
    • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including ROI analysis and actionable insights.

    Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
    • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms.

    INHERENT/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field (NQF 6/7).

    Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in Paid Media and SEO.
    • Proven experience in managing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and X/Twitter.
