Conrati is a startup marketplace that has developed the bespoke software which allows for consulting on-demand, by the hour. We are the fast-lane for consulting! From calendar integration to bookings, video consultations, automated invoicing, payments and more. We enable advice seekers to book online video consultations with expert advice providers of their choice based on the skills and hourly availability of advice providers.

Responsibility

Detailed job description includes:

• You will together with the growth marketer, define the company vision, road-map and growth opportunities. 

• Public relations or press: outreach, booking; possibly to include influencer outreach and management

• Content: Strategy, social, calendar management, development & execution

• SEO: Related to content, ideally your calendar & content creation is mapped to an SEO strategy designed to capture keyphrase traffic for our business 

• Assist with onpage and offpage SEO 

• Create weekly posts on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)

• Plan and manage guest blogs and paid blogs for our blog section of the website.

• Plan and manage occasional podcast with clients or guests.

• Liaise with any designers to bring new concepts and content to fruition. 

• Occasionally engage with potential users or companies who would use our application (scheduled video demonstrations or face-to-face) to obtain feedback on our software.

• Gather & organize content (images, videos, statistics, articles etc.) that could be used for ad creation by our growth agency

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in the digital marketing space

• A qualification in Marketing

• Basic design experience 

• Experience in the digital ads space (i.e. Facebook ads, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Ads)

• Experience with SEO

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Creative thinker with a vision

• Attention to detail

• Actively participate as a team player

• Engage with co-workers and managers to provide support when needed, including outside of normal day-to-day duties. 

• Seek out opportunities to learn new trends/insights and share new learnings with the team.
