Digital Payment Specialist at LulaBet

Job Description

The Role:

As our Payment Specialist, you will be the key pioneer of our Payments team, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end Fintech eco-system for LulaBet.

Here is what you will be doing (the important stuff)

• Relationship owner between LulaBet and our payments partners
• Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes and procedures to enhance the customer payment experience
• Identity and facilitate new payment products onto the platform through the contracting, integrations, testing and deployment cycle
• Ensure that payments are timeously made
• Monitor all financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Assist in resolution of all escalated queries regarding deposits / withdrawals
• Assist Customer Support team queries related to payments
• Daily reconciliation process across multiple inbound and outbound vendors

The essentials:

• A passion for all things FinTech
• Knowledge of SA mobile payment space
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Grade 12 / Matric or higher (Essential)
• 1-2 years i-gaming experience in payments
• Computer literate (Microsoft proficient)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

Some desirables:

• Discipline to work as part of a team, with tight deadlines, in a high-pressure environment
• A knowledge of AML practices
• Experience in developing reporting, procedures and processes
• Willing to learn from and be involved with the teams around you
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English

• Grade 12 / Matric or higher (Essential)
