You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution—translating business goals into implementable plans, aligning multidisciplinary teams, and managing key stakeholders to ensure shared vision and outcomes.

Experience Required

• 6+ years in product leadership, digital strategy, or platform delivery roles.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end development of digital platforms, preferably in emerging or underserved markets.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn complex objectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean Startup, and customer-centric product development approaches.
• Experience with community-driven platforms or financial inclusion tools is a strong advantage.
