• Looking for a Digital Sales Manager on a fixed term contract who is available IMMEDIATELY to lead a team and ensure the team achieves the Digital Sales KPI and focus on coaching and developing of team members. Responsible for delivering against sales targets and ensuring systematic pipeline build and ensuring customers and prospects.

Requirements:

• Degree
• Track record of Selling to corporate accounts achieving success metrics.
• Team management experience.
• Telecommunications or Financial Services industry experience.

Duties:

• Develop, coach and motivate sales team to ensure optimum success in reaching and exceeding sales targets.
• Assist in successful hiring and on boarding new sales colleagues.
• Oversee work quality and guideline compliance.
• Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members.
• Support team members adherence to personal performance development goals in line with processes.
• Take digital transformational approach how to operate, report and campaign.
