Digital Sales Representative at Paracon

IT (Digital) Sales Representative Needed!
(6 Month renewable contract. Package: R20k monthly + petrol and date allowance + incentives)

About:

• You will be selling an application on a platform business model.
• You will be responsible for managing an allocated base of recommended Clients to achieve financial and non-financial targets set for the business.
• The role involves building relationships with your Client Base and ensuring quality service delivery and support.

Duties:

• Business Acquisition: Drive market penetration and ensure new Businesses come on board.
• Training of Business Owners on the application's features to facilitate the on boarding process
• Sales Management: Ensure, develop and manage an allocated base of existing Clients, and Contractors working for Clients to achieve financial and non-financial targets set for this business.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-standing relationships with past and current Clients in the business to generate repetitive sales of services as well as other service offerings provided within the Group of Companies.
• Ability: Understand client requirements; identify and qualify needs and process these through to successful activation.
• Database Integrity: Ensuring Client Information and Records are accurate and up to date in the various Applications provided.
• Client Reporting: Ensure that Client specific KPI and special reporting requirements are met.
• Cross-selling of required Services to the Merchant Base

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be available to start work in March 2020 (6 month renewable contract) or ideally immediately
• Must have own reliable Vehicle and Drivers lLicense for business use
• Own reliable Smartphone for business use
• Exposure to Digital technology / IT highly advantageous
• Proven sales track record for a minimum of 3 years
