Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or other related field Experience in Development
• Equivalent work experience of 10 to 15 years of information technology experience, with at least two years leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects
• Experience in the Financial Risk or Credit Bureau industry will be beneficial
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects and technological transformations

Impact You’ll Make
You will form highly motivated agile delivery teams to ensure GTO delivers high performance in a predictable way. In the first 90 days you will:

• Establish the new teams and agree ways of work
• Set direction for the team managers and upskill and coach them to be successful
• Identify other teams that will interact closely and agree ways of work and roles and responsibilities
• Agree on epics for delivery for the next quarter and plan accordingly
• Identify and agree on a balanced scorecard for measurement of the agile delivery teams
• Put processes in place to ensure the success of the team
• Identify key stakeholders and agree a communication plan
• Define release plans for the rest of the year, and communicate and execute against these

After 90 Days You Will

• Refine quarterly planning processes
• Identify areas for improvement for your teams and continuously monitor these
• Continue evolving your team’s agile and devops capabilities, improving maturity
• Continuously deliver in a predictable fashion, ensuring releases have no downtime
• Delight our clients and collaborate with other departments
• Engage across the globe to share best practices
• Market your teams brand and highlight what you are delivering

• As a leader, you will design and implement technology and business processes to enhance business execution whilst ensuring commitment to clients.
• You will be responsible for defining a vision and strategy for the application development division.
• Direct all activities, tactical and operational for critical technical business operations.
• Aligns and calibrates the organization’s technology deployment strategy with its business strategy. Incorporates, understands, and blends the functions of the division with the needs and requirements of the organization to effectively achieve goals and objectives.
• Empower and develops teams to execute assignments and meet deliverables. Acts as industry subject matter expert, keeps abreast of the external competitive environment, compare them to the division operations and assess against the underlying strategy.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
