  REQUIREMENTS :

  • An undergraduate qualification in Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering or Organisation Development at NQF Level 7 as recognized by SAQA. 5 Years’ experience in Middle / Senior Managerial level is required. Extensive experience in Change Management is required. Knowledge of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Knowledge of Departmental Legislations and Prescripts. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act. Knowledge of Human Resource Regulatory Framework. Understanding of Departmental Regulatory Framework. Knowledge of Public Service Regulations relevant to Change Management. PROSCI Certificate is an added advantage. Willingness to travel and work extended hours. A valid Driver's License.
