Qualifications and experience required:

• Five to eight years’ experience.
• A relevant qualification in Project Management.
• Computer literacy: MS Office.
• A valid Code B driver’s licence.

Job purpose:

• Managing key performance areas and result indicators associated with controlling and coordinating the operations of the Project Management Sub-Silo through producing overall design and implementation programmes for capital projects and subsidised housing projects, development and alignment of policies, procedures, systems and controls guiding critical interventions, applications and outcomes, and providing advisory services on the mission critical initiatives with respect to budget cash flows, expenditure progress, monitoring the maintenance of management systems and database, aimed at supporting the accomplishment of the Directorate’s key performance areas, objectives, and priorities identified in the Integrated Development Plan (IDP).
• As part of the selection process, candidates may be tested on any requirement, skill or competency, which will include pre-employment screening, medical examination, security vetting and psychometric assessment.
