Overview
The Software Solutions Consulting Director acts as the primary technical resource to the account management teams and their clients, articulating software technology and product capabilities to business and technical stakeholders. Our Software Solutions team partners with clients, suppliers, and internal resources to uncover and understand software requirements and create a comprehensive software solution. Daily activities of this role include understanding client workflows and requirements, identifying gaps and defining solutions by working with Product and Engineering to design new functionality implementations. Additional areas of responsibility: sales support, on-going training for the Account Management team, responses to technical and functional elements of RFPs/RFIs, and maintenance of the Act-On demonstration environment.
