Junior Systems Administrator - Roodeplaat & Centurion based facilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- IT Infrastructure Operations
- System and Application Maintenance
- Security and Risk Management
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online Management
- Documentation and Compliance
- Ticketing System Management
- Remote User Support
- Active Directory and Server Infrastructure
- Vendor Collaboration
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant diploma or certification in IT systems administration may be considered.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or SharePoint Online related certifications.
- Any relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
