Assist in the general management and movement of stock in the DC physically and on the new Warehouse Management System and provide administrative support in the DC for re-pricing, new stores and general DC administration duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule stock on the system for re-work as per instructions from Central Office, QC department and Receiving Supervisor
Record stock received using the scanner, on Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Build pallets, Reallocate stock, ensure movement completed of pallets to final location
Assist in scheduling and movement of stock for New Stores
General DC administration in DC as required
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12
Previous experience as a clerk in the DC
Computer literacy (previous experience on a warehouse management system will be an advantage)
Competencies required: Detail orientation; planning, organising and control; high level of accuracy; stress tolerance and service orientation
