Division Assistant at Lesedi Nuclear Services Pty Ltd

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Nuclear Division Management Team
• Manage booking hours and purchase requisitions
• Train and support staff on document control procedures and EDRM systems
• Handle minor account queries
• Maintain and implement configuration management and document control systems
• Generate reports on document control metrics
• Manage document workflow processes including creation, review, approval, and archiving
• Maintain registers including Master Document List and Letter Register
• Support during assignments, including site work during outages
• Assist with configuration control for Nuclear Division projects

QUALIFICATION

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• National Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Administration/Configuration Management/Document Control (advantageous)
• Advanced computer literacy with proven Microsoft Office competence

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in administration/configuration management/document control in a project’s environment
• Koeberg experience with knowledge of site documentation and processes(advantageous)
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems
• Demonstrated experience in administrative and clerical procedures
• Proven experience in managing files, records, and designing forms/templates
