Draughtsperson (Solar) at Redheads Engineering Solutions (Pty) Ltd

Position Title:  Draughtsperson – Solar

The growing team of solar experts is looking for a draughtsperson with the below minimum requirements:

• Post-matric qualification in technical drawing
• At least 2 years experience in PV design
• Proficiency with AuotCAD LT as well as MS Office Suite and Google App Suite

Key deliverables are as follows

• Drawing mechanical, structural, civil and electrical layouts for solar PV rooftop projects and solar farms
• Perform site visits and where necessary measure up sites where drawings are not available
• Work closely with the design team to produce detailed drawings for engineering sign-off
• Perform measurements and calculations from drawings to determine equipment quantities for projects
