• Overseeing the smooth functioning of our B2B accounts
• Excellent client engagement and support
• Proactive problem resolution
• Providing valuable advice and recommendations
• Demonstrating commitment to proactive and timely communication
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience working in a non-scripted environment
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Proficient in PC skills and adaptable to new systems
• A track record of delivering exceptional client service
• Experience in B2B client services is preferable
• 360 recruitment advantageous
• Account and Portfolio management essential
• Clear criminal record and Matric/Grade 12 required
