    E-commerce Returns Administrator

    About you

    You have a passion for working with people. You like being hands-on and enjoy being the glue that holds things together. You have excellent administration, communication, and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable in a warehouse setting and thrive in a busy environment.

    Responsibilities include:

    •  Being able to record data in all forms for customer returns, RTS’s, supplier returns, courier claims, and parcels without data must be captured in the correct procedure.
    •  Be accountable for all supplier returns to be returned for credit or a replacement by liaising with Supplier Liaison, originating from customer returns, with the correct procedure.
    •  Updating and maintaining the Courier Claims Sheet and other applicable sheets relating to your department.
    •  Directly assisting your manager in all needs required.
    •  Answering all e-mail and Asana queries relating to Dispatch Queries, Incorrect Items, Missing Items, and Supplier Queries.
    •  Communicating with relevant C/S Agents in CPT to reach applicable solutions.
    •  Having a brief understanding of the OHSA.
    •  Maintaining good working relationships with your manager and your peers.
    •  Perform ad-hoc duties in any way required by superiors.
    •  Maintain and update systems as required.
    •  Relevant research is to be conducted to assist in the resolution of issues that may arise.
    •  Re-dispatching of supplier liaison parcels, if needed, and utilizing all resources in this regard.
    •  Have extensive working knowledge of Google Sheets, ODO Admin, and Magento.
    •  Liaise with the Admin Assistant in charge of the Stock Room regarding the status of the stock once a week.  Place stationery orders monthly.
    •  Office filing duties to be conducted and fulfilled.

    Requirements/Skills:

     Interpersonal skills.

    •  Team player.
    •  Forward & convergent thinking.
    •  Analysis and problem-solving, with high tolerance to stress.

     Attention to detail and accuracy.

    •  Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software and new processes.
    •  Experience in a customer service ticketing system (Zendesk, Freshdesk) would be advantageous.
    •  Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    Qualifications & experience required:

    •  Matric/Grade 12 School Certificate (minimum).
    •  Tertiary qualification would be advantageous (Administration).
    •  2+ Years of customer service experience.
    •  2+ Years of administrative experience.
    •  Experience in Warehousing (Advantageous).
    •  G-Suites.
