    Receptionist/ Therapist Assistant

    Job Description

    • In charge of welcoming all guests at the Spa.
    • Booking appointments and responding to all enquiries done either in person, over the phone or via email
    • Handling of payments for treatments and daily cash-up procedures and other basic administrative duties
    • Ensure all daily, weekly & monthly reports and recons pertaining to all transactions are accurate and timeously submitted to Management.
    • Must have a thorough knowledge of the numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of all Spa Services offered, including special offers and promotions.
    • Possess excellent communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
    • Project enthusiasm and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Be a positive and self-motivated team player.
    • Able to manage workload in order of priorities.
    • Ensuring all operational procedures are met and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are adhered to by Front Desk Team.
