Booking appointments and responding to all enquiries done either in person, over the phone or via email
Handling of payments for treatments and daily cash-up procedures and other basic administrative duties
Ensure all daily, weekly & monthly reports and recons pertaining to all transactions are accurate and timeously submitted to Management.
Must have a thorough knowledge of the numerous modalities, possess a general understanding of all Spa Services offered, including special offers and promotions.
Possess excellent communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
Project enthusiasm and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
Be a positive and self-motivated team player.
Able to manage workload in order of priorities.
Ensuring all operational procedures are met and standards of appearance and codes of conduct are adhered to by Front Desk Team.
Qualifications
Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course).
Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment. (Previous experience at a Resort environment or Cruise Ship is advantageous)
Confident and competent to perform all face & body treatments and home-care recommendations.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
