• In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating fund administration processes across various asset classes. Your responsibilities will include facilitating fund launches, transitions, and terminations, ensuring timely reconciliation of portfolio holdings and cash positions, and resolving client queries with precision. You’ll also contribute to enhancing operational efficiencies, preparing detailed client reports, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. What you’ll need

• To succeed in this role, you’ll need a completed degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business Science, coupled with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Fund Accounting, particularly in unit trusts or segregated portfolios within Fund Administration or Asset Management, not just hedge funds. Strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of investment administration systems are essential. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment. This role is strictly Employment Equity.
