    Employee Development Lead (Psychometrist) - VKB Human Capital, Head Office Reitz

    Job Description

    • The Employee Development Lead will be responsible for all internal applications of assessments, interpretations and feedback of accredited psychometric tools used by the VKB Group to promote good job-employee fit. 

    Requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Psychology/ Human Resources (or relevant).
    • Professionally registered with the HPCSA as Psychometrist will serve as recommendation.
    • At least 3 year's proven experience in a similar role (Psychometric Assessments/ Candidate Assessments etc.) will serve as recommendation.
    • Proficient in MS Office with a strong focus on MS EXCEL and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge and accreditation of PPA DISC Assessments.
    • Previous experience in using assessments to promote functional teams.
    • Passionate about employee development.
    • Valid driver's license and willing to travel.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Administer, interpret and give feedback to individuals and teams on internal psychometric assessments used.
    • Facilitate team sessions where feedback is given on Team Roles, interactions and individual contribution to functional teams.
    • Contribute to the establishment of internal rhythms within the VKB Group.
    • Administer relevant assessments during the recruitment process on certain occupational levels to aid in employee-job fit.
    • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to promote good working relationships for external business possibilities.
    • Contribute and build on strategic goals and targets within the Human Capital department.
    • Give training to internal departments to create awareness and buy-in of assessment methods used to promote functional teams and employee engagement.
