    Store Manager - PEPCell Taung

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    • Leading a store team to meet business KPIs including driving sales, cost control,  mitigating risks and stock loss, administration and ensuring world class store standards. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Increase sales by focusing on customer service and world-class store standards, maintenance of the store image, stock management and promotional implementation
    • Stock loss is minimised by having a healthy store culture and following security measures, stock and cash handling procedures.
    • Manage cost according to the company low cost culture by driving efficiencies in the store.

    Executive Secretary

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB 

    • The role will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive: Marketing (CEM). This role involves managing the CEM's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various administrative tasks.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Calendar Management:

    • Coordinate and manage the CMEs schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prioritize and organize the CEM's daily agenda to ensure efficient time use.

    Communication Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CME.
    • Screen and manage incoming emails, phone calls and correspondence, responding or redirecting as necessary.

    Meeting Coordination:

    • Arrange and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.

    Travel Arrangements:

    • Handle all travel arrangements for the department, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.
    • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide necessary documentation.
    • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
    • Manage expense reports and reimbursements promptly.
    • Maintain a record of all IT and office equipment
    • Processing payments of invoices for the marketing department (excl. advertising accounts) on SAP

    Sourcing Specialist

    Purpose of the job 

    Implement the Sourcing strategy within the framework of the Business Group strategy, aligning this to Pep’s value position while driving fashion / market trends and newness. Builds relationships with suppliers, through negotiating cost and developing agreements to deliver products that exceed customer expectations of quality and value. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the process to deliver to the business supplier sourcing strategy
    • Maximise added value and cost savings and deliver to the consolidation strategy

    • To continuously update all systems with the required information and provide end to end visibility

    Requirements

    • Relevant Degree or Diploma (e.g. Clothing Production Management)

    • Fabric and garment construction understanding.
    • Understand key sourcing inputs/resources (including raw materials) in supplier negotiation 
    • Able to analyse and interpret data and make recommendations
    • Knowledge of compliance and legislation applicable to the manufacturing environment
    • Must be willing to travel
    • Code 8 driver’s licence required

    • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience:

    Team Leader: Supply Chain Process

    THE ROLE

    You will be leading a team of industrial engineers that is focussed on implementing and improving the processes in our distribution centers. Through this, you will have the opportunity to diagnose problems, identify solutions, propose improvements and execute action plans. The role will focus largely on operational processes and systems. 

    This is a perfect role for somebody who will enjoy solving problems in operations and also grow his/her supply chain exposure and knowledge. You will work closely with other senior team members to prioritize focus areas and drive change in our operational environments. 

    WHAT’S NEEDED

    A candidate with a passion for supply chain, a drive to improve processes and ability to lead and inspire a team. A self-starter that takes ownership of their work and is ready to make an impact in the business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Lead and grow the Industrial Engineering team

    • Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage
    • Advanced level of computer skills, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
