Engineer Administrator - Brackenfell at Shoprite Group of Companies

Job Objectives

• Report to the Project Engineer and execute prescribe tasks. 
• Design data capturing forms and techniques. 
• Administrate and coordinate the completion of data capturing from intended sources. 
• Systematic documentation of captured data. 
• Process documents including preparing reports, templates, presentations, meeting agenda and packs, follow up on deadlines for document submissions and file and store records and data.
• Proactively work to support the team in the achievement of their strategic goals.
• Information and process management: document, develop and organise departmental processes and organise information. 

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate - (essential).
• BEng Undergraduate student - (essential) 

Experience

• We are looking for an Engineering student,  second to final year.
