Engineering Administrator at RCL Foods

• This individiual will provide an administrative and secretarial function to the Engineering Department.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Experience in On Key 5 system
• Minimum 2 year's administrative experience 
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in MS Excel advance
• Experience in MS Word
• Analytical and reporting ability
• Record keeping and organizing skills

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Capturing of the Daily Preventative Maintenance Schedules and Job Cards on a daily basis on the Pragma System
• Printing of the Preventative Maintenance Schedules on weekly basis
• Generate the ON Key Weekly Graphs
• Compile Excel sheets for the Engineering Dashboard Notes, summary and minutes of Safety meetings and Distribute
• Compile Man Hour spreadsheet for the monthly reports Capturing of the Purchase orders on the Engineering Budget spread sheet (Excel sheet)
• General admin duties to the Engineering Department
• Follow up and ensure completion of all current matters on a regular basis to ensure completion of all tasks
• Practice and enforce RCL codes of Safety and housekeeping
• Computerized skills especially MS Excel advance, MS Word and Pragma
