As Engineering Manager, you will own all aspects of maintaining and improving production site assets, utilities and engineering functions. Working cross-functionally, you will manage budgets, vendors and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage facilities, utilities and infrastructure through contracting and in-house teams
Project manage capital projects from concept to completion
Drive high engineering standards and continuously improve production processes
Ensure regulatory and ISO compliance through systems, audits and training
Lead teams and collaborate with production leadership to maximize efficiency
Candidate Profile:
8+ years of progressive engineering management experience
Proven track record optimizing facilities and infrastructure systems
Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Process Engineering or related field
Project management certification/experience an asset
Adept at planning, budgeting and solution-oriented problem solving
