    Engineering Technician: BBS / Civil (12 Months – FTCW)

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • National Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Building/ Building Science
    • Grade 12 Certificate
    • Valid Code 08 Driver’s License

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience (1 year as a trainee Engineering Technician and 1 year working experience)

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)

    • Contract/ Project Management & Administration 
    • Provide facilities management support services 
    • Perform site supervision and quality control 
    • Asset Condition Assessment 
    • Provide Technical Support
