Enterprise Marketing Lead at RSAWEB

Job Duties:

• Engaging with Product Owners within the Enterprise team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and campaigns
• Contributing to the development of the Enterprise Annual Marketing Plan by researching which areas to target, pricing and developing new and exciting promotions
• Provide effective self-leadership and provide guidance to members of the Enterprise team for Marketing Execution
• Coordination with Sales Team Leaders regarding marketing activations
• Coordinating and managing the development of marketing projects and activities as planned, with the Marketing team
• Organizing the sourcing and final production of branded items and collateral whilst keeping stock of inventory, placing orders; verifying payment and receipt
• Provides insights to the Enterprise team, through competitive market research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising
• Prepares marketing reports by tracking, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data
• Monitoring and updating progress of the Enterprise Annual Marketing plan, at a project level with the key stakeholder
• Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate is essential
• Tertiary level marketing Diploma or Degree is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience and/or project management in a similar environment.
• Proven ability to plan, develop and execute marketing plans
• Effective self-leadership abilities
• Effective relationship management skills internally and with Fibre Network Operators
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is preferred
