Envoyage Transactional Finance Team Leader-RSA at Flight Centre Travel Group

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a Transactional Finance role.
• AP/AR experience beneficial.
• Added advantage is a qualification or part qualification/ studying towards a finance diploma/ certificate or other education.
• Assistant team leader or team leader experience is important, otherwise having attended FCTG leadership courses will be required.
• Strong EQ and ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools like Freshdesk, Omnis, FNB, Conferma etc.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to provide guidance and training to teams to support change management.
• Proven ability to resolve complex queries in a timely manner.
• Team player with a focus on achieving team goals.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting procedures.
• High proficiency with financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and written skills in English

Qualifications:

• Matric (required)
• Accounting degree or certification (preferred)
