ERP (SAP) Key User - TSSSA x2 at Alstom

Purpose of the Job:

As part of the TSSSA Industrial: Industrial Data organisation

• Ensure proper ERP system application and process development.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Service (TSSSA) ERP master data in relation to Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations and Quality through audits
• Perform routine checks (audits) of system data and processes to ensure compliance
• Manage TSSSA Data KPIs for Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations and Quality related to task lists, inventory management, calibrated and special tools.
• Manage business activities in the implementation and cascading of processes to business users
• Implement and maintain key master data related to Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations and Quality as described in the Master Data Management Plan
• Ensure management and maintenance of Procure to Pay (P2P) process
• To centralise part and tasks management for methods and manage all input into SAP linked to all operation activity.
• To industrialise the manufacturing and maintenance of the product for Manufacturing, Repair centres and Depot Operations, considering existing standards & project constraints.
• Create and update the industrial documentation necessary for all operations & maintenance.
• Create the job procedures and ensure that they are up to date and applied routinely
• Manage all usage of GSI activities related to Engineering & Configuration
• Management of GSI / SES Configuration management
• Manager the Service Execution System for all Gibela Services sites
• Manage the implementation of Customer Service Execution System and Maintenance Management Information System

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering field or Information Systems
• 5 years’ experience in either of these areas – Sourcing & Supply Chain, Operations, SES and/or Quality position Operations, SES or in Quality
• ERP: SAP (MM, PM, QM) experience - desired
• Good knowledge of Quality and Operations environment processes
• Excellent and concise communication
• Active team player, deadline driven, process driven

• Service (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Business processes proficiency
• Training support efficiency

Responsibilities:

• ERP Data quality & material master validation
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Service and validate data in alignment with Supply chain flows.
• Analyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from Services various departments: Operations and Quality ensuring compliance to Internal Financial rules.
• Analyze ERP error messages specific to master and transactional data quality and implement corrective actions.
• Be the local referent for any support need related to ERP specific usage.
• Create training documentation for local use
• Coordinate and prepare training material
• Train new entrants & users on their specific area of competence

• Physical flows (materials management and warehouse accuracy flows)
• Service Business solutions implementation, standardization of system usage
• Service order flows and stock consumption Knowledge of service processes (Maintenance repair and overhaul)
