Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• National Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in ERP technical support environment.
• Sound understanding of the tertiary business environment.
• Experience in database design and SQL.
• Understanding of scripting languages.

Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities

• Manage applications and provide support to users.
• Report design, maintenance, and enhancement development.
• System testing and quality assurance.
• Change management (Technology and client).
• External liaison with 3rd party clients.
