National Diploma or Degree in Management Assistance or Business Administration coupled with 2 years’ experience in office management.
A valid driver’s license is a pre-requisite. Registration with relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Manager: Engineering Services, the incumbent will be responsible for: Managing the Executive Manager Officer's diary and prioritizing appointments Handle confidential documents in ensuring that they remain secured
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence and prioritise items requiring the Executive Manager’s attention.Maintain an organised filing and document management system, including technical and project documentation
Distribute documents and correspondence for the Executive Manager’s meetings Make arrangements for national and international official trips to be undertaken by the Executive Manager as and when required
Make bookings for accommodation, car rentals, etc. for the Executive Manager Compiles quarterly reports and correspondence to various stakeholdersPlan and coordinate all meetings chaired or attended by the Executive Manager Plan, organize and maintain a filing system and perform general office administration functions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to confirm attendance and meeting logistics Performs any other tasks related to the office management and administration Ensure compliance with all LNW’s policies, procedures and code of ethics.
