    Executive Manager: Corporate Services

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or Social Science with at least 10 years of minimum relevant experience, of which five (5) years must be at a Senior Managerial level. A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite.
    • A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management or Organisational Development, or an MBA, and Registration with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    Learning and Development Specialist (REF No: HRM/02/26)

    Minimum Job Requirements: 

    • Degree in Human Resource Management specializing in Learning and Development/Degree in Industrial Psychology / Degree in General Human Resources Management, with at least 4 years relevant experience in Learning & Development of which two years must be at supervisory level.     Key Responsibilities:

    Legal Services Administrator

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • National Diploma or Degree in Law (LLB) coupled with at least 2 years working experience in the legal environment. A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite.
    • Registration with relevant professional body or admission as Attorney/Advocate will be advantageous. 

    Key responsibilities:

    Project & Organisational Performance Monitoring Officer

    Minimum Job Requirements: 

    • National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Public Management and Administration, with at least 4 years relevant experience in Project & Organizational Performance of which two years must be at supervisory level. A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite.
    • Post graduate Diploma or Honours Degree in management in the study of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Programme in Project Management will be an added advantage. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Manager: Performance Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation, the incumbent will be responsible for: Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results Monitor the sustainability of the project’s results Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project Recommend further improvement of the logical framework Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success

    Planning Engineer

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience either in bulk water supply, industry or municipal environment of which 3 years’ experience must be at supervisory level. A valid driver’s license and Professional Registration with ECSA is mandatory.
    • Postgraduate diploma or Masters degree in Engineering Management will be an added advantage. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for: Developing long term infrastructure replacement or refurbishment plans and designs Develops infrastructural plans for the refurbishment or extension of existing or new infrastructure Links LNW’s infrastructural plans to that of DWS and WSA projects when macro planning and scheme expansions are planned

    Maintenance Planning Technician

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    •  National Diploma or Degree in Engineering field coupled with 4 years related experience in maintenance environment, of which 2 years’ experience should be at a supervisory level.
    • 2 years’ experience on the utilization of any Computerised Maintenance Management System. (CMMS).

    Senior SCM Demand Officer (REF No. HRM/08/26)

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or Logistics with at least 4 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management environment, of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
    • A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite. Professional registration as a Supply Chain Management or Logistics Practitioner will be advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities: -

    • Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for: Conducting need assessment, categorizing commodities’ and acquire budget confirmation Compile the procurement Plan for operational budget based on needs assessment and budget availability for procurement above R1 million or determined by National Treasury

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    ICT Help Desk Analyst

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field coupled with at least 2 years working experience in an ICT helpdesk, first line support, workstation support, or service desk role.
    • Be exposed to ITIL-based service desk environments and tools (e.g. Spiceworks, Fresh service, ManageEngine)
    • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint protection systems. A valid driver’s license is a prerequisite. Registration with relevant professional body will be advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the ICT Network & Security Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for: Serving as the first point of contact for ICT support queries (hardware, software, printers, and applications)

    Regional Instrument Technician

    Minimum Job Requirements: 

    • National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electronics) or Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) specializing in instrumentation with a Trade Test from an accredited institution coupled with 2 years’ experience as an Instrument Technician.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Regional Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for: Planning, coordinating and implementing instrumentation projects Manages and maintains instrumentation, communication networks and control systems to ensure maximum systems functionality
