National Diploma or Degree in Engineering field coupled with 4 years related experience in maintenance environment, of which 2 years’ experience should be at a supervisory level.
2 years’ experience on the utilization of any Computerised Maintenance Management System. (CMMS).
A valid driver license is a pre-requisite and registration with relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Infrastructure Maintenance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for: Adherence to a planned maintenance schedule for the existing infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability and cost effectiveness
Develops a scope of planned infrastructure maintenance work, prioritises, plans on the best way to execute the job, schedules daily plans, and coordinates planned maintenance activities Creates, edits and releases job cards Conducts plant or functional assessment of equipment for infrastructure optimisation
Conducts Reliability Centred Maintenance and Condition Monitoring Prepares condition monitoring, assessment, and root cause analysis reports Manages work order backlogs and compiles SAP report on human resources utilisation and provide a graphic report on plant overtime
Plans and develops a maintenance shutdown schedule and coordinates the availability of maintenance materials to be used Plans and develops a maintenance schedule for expansion of business and coordinates the availability of maintenance materials to be used Assist the schemes in the alignment of pump sets and produce reports
Develop and review infrastructure refurbishment and replacement plan Conducts research and development on new infrastructure technology and makes recommendations Compiles and submits infrastructure maintenance reports Ensure compliance with all LNW’s policies, procedures and code of ethics.
