Purpose of role:
- The HR Operations Specialist at Prescient will lead the design and execution of scalable HR processes that empower our global teams to thrive. Duties and responsibilities:
HR Operations Management
- Overseeing day-to-day HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. Support in optimizing HR workflows to streamline various processes.

- B-BBEE Stakeholder Engagement - serve as a key HR liaison for B-BBEE strategy and implementation across employment equity, skills development, and preferential procurement.

Purpose of role:
- To perform an end-to-end fund accounting role as part of the Collective Investment Schemes Fund Accounting team. This role has a strong client reporting focus. Daily Pricing and valuation experience, essential.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Processing and setting up of audit, trustee, custody, and management fees.
