    Accounts Static Administrator - 12 - Month Contract

    Purpose of role:

    • This role supports the account static process, acting as a key point of contact and working closely with internal teams and external counterparties. The focus is on ensuring funds are opened accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, within the Prescient systems, while delivering a positive client experience. 
    • This role is well suited to a graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on exposure in financial services operations. 

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • The setup and maintenance of Funds on the Prescient platform. 
    • The setup of Funds and Classes on external platforms (Bloomberg & Morningstar). 
    • The setup and maintenance of Bank Accounts and Beneficiary accounts on Paylink and/or other systems as required. 
    • Facilitate Eagle password and account resets.
    • Assist in over-sight controls to ensure accuracy of setups and consistency with Prescient’s governance policies. 
    • Engage with Custodians regarding the setup and linking of Primary and Secondary accounts.
    • Engage with Management Companies regarding the creation of applicable Investment Accounts 

    Required experience:

    • Graduate –1 year experience in a financial services, operations, administration, or account support role. 

    Required Qualifications:

    • A degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 

    Key competencies:

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
    • Good organisational and follow-up skills. 
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. 
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
    • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. 
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • High levels of integrity and professionalism.
