Purpose of Role: The successful facilitate the flow of materials to and from various work sites , vendors or departments. Working with vendors to secure that goods are delivered on time in accordance to customer and OE production requirements. Responsible for both quality and quantity of supply.

Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Adhere to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements at Alrode site and customer sites at all times. Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times.
Work with vendors to ensure committed delivery dates are met and to coordinate the timing and means of delivery
Effective use of expedite reports to ensure accurate delivery dates are communicated to the internal and external customer base.
Match delivery quantity to order sequence and determine when a customer will receive their goods.
Managing and control critical part expediting.
Immediate reaction and communication to your manager on any deviation from vendor committed delivery dates.
Close work relationship with your manager on all and any deviation received from vendors
Ensuring all vendor delivery information as per customer requirement is update in the ERP system.
Weekly reporting on vendor OTD performance based on customer required delivery dates.
Weekly reporting on vendor delivery accuracy.
Monitoring of vendor delivery LT and escalate should it fall outside agreed parameters.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
Preferably a Diploma in business, logistics or related Supply Chain discipline; or three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
