F5 Engineer at Zensar Technologies

We are hiring for a F5 Engineer who will provide software development support by analysing business requirements to design and develop appropriate systems solutions according to specifications. In this role, you will provide technical expertise in evaluating, designing, developing, deploying, monitoring, and supporting systems and procedures that are cost-effective and improve work efficiency. Additionally, in this role you will partner with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ensure that the application meets company service level standards and roadmap requirements

Responsibilities:

• Provides technical support to troubleshoot and resolve F5 hardware and software issues on customer’s systems.
• Provides F5 customers and partners with a consistently high-quality support experience through accurate trouble shooting, technical analysis and effective communication throughout the life of the case.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Proven experience in a similar role, working with the relevant technologies.
• Is reliable in availability and can prioritise work based upon customer and business needs.
• Hands on technical experience
• Certified iRule and experience and Certified F5 Product Specialist, Level 200
• Solution Designer (F5 Training and Level 100 training) -Visio, Confluence and Architecture experience and YML, Need to have experience in Networking and JSON, REST, SOAP
• Delivery Designer - Similar to Solution Designer with Infrastructure experience (at least level 200 certification)
• Configuration Designer - Bitbucket experience and also similar experience to Delivery Designer
