    Facilities Specialist

    Description

     Key responsibilities: Operational planning; risk and financial management; people management; stakeholder management; contract management; manage technical services; manage soft services; manage property services; manage business support services.

    Requirements

     Educational Requirements

    •  Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management /or equivalent at NQF Level 7.\

     Experience

    •  A minimum of 6 years facilities management experience, of which 2 years must be at management level with knowledge of legislation applicable to facility management.
