    Farm Manager – FM1778

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Relevant Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
    • Min of 3 years previous farm/lodge management experience
    • A strong skill to manage workers, to manage the activity of a farm/lodge
    • Experience with livestock management
    • PH license advantageous
    • Outgoing, extraverted personality with high energy levels
    • Computer literate
    • Strong proven management skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to work with and motivate staff
    • The candidate must be an individual with ownership mentality, be trustworthy and committed
    • Mechanically and maintenance orientated advantageous
    • Valid drivers’ license
