Field Manager III (Queenstown) at Smollan

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will ensure growth for clients, customers and Smollan by proactively influencing and managing relationships between the client, customers and employees; spotting opportunities and providing insights; managing the resources required to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations; and acting as a Smollan people custodian, leader and people manager.

As a Field Manager you will be responsible for

REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should:

• 4-5 years’ sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level
• Have a valid code 8 drivers license
• Hold a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
• Possess strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Have the abaility to conduct analysis & problem solving
• Excellent computer literacy
• Business acumen and commercial awareness
• Attention to detail with ability to plan and organise
• Be a pro-active thinker with great leadership skills
• Possess strong Negotiation and sales management skill
