• We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business Segment in Johannesburg, South Africa.
• In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Educating the client on how to use and maintain their equipment.
• Perform maintenance and customer support.
• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.
• Build and maintain relations with customers.
• Having the ability to effectively manage time.
• Working independently without supervision.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Certified power-generation/electrical technician.
• Intermediate level knowledge and experience of power generation products.
• High or low voltage experience.
• Valid driving permit and basic level of field service work experience.
