Final Assembly Production Supervisor at Watershed Consulting

Overview: Manage the final assembly of highly sophisticated equipment which include fitment of parts, installation of engines, instrumentation, and various other components to adhere to international laid down standards

Duties:

• Manage the final assembly team and processes by developing factory layout and utilizing experience personnel. Set KPA’s and targets, manage stocks to complete orders. Ensure documentation is completed and all procedures are documented and comply with legal requirements.
• Manage personnel and set clear goals as well as budget management and reporting thereof.

Requirements:

• Industrial, Mechanical or Production Engineering qualification with demonstrated leadership, organizational and planning skills, combined with good MS Office proficiency.
