    Finance Admin Team Leader - Sandton

    Key qualifications for the Finance Admin Team Leader:

    • Bachelor of Commerce in Finance
    • 2-3 years in a leadership role essential
    • Strong knowledge of products offered by Private Banks
    • Proficiency in processing and workflow systems
    • Sound understanding of operational environments

    Key duties for the Finance Admin Team Leader include but are not limited to:

    • Understand the team’s purpose and the impact of non-delivery to client experience and brand
    • Continuous stakeholder engagement and management
    • Daily management of the team and SLA’s
    • Daily and weekly review of stats and out of SLA requests
    • Monthly compilation of stats, KRI’s, and team dashboards
    • Assist team when required and offer guidance and training on processes specific to the team as well as inter-related workflows across other teams within the bank
    • Constantly look at continuous improvement of operational processes in relation to client experience and strategy
    • Understand the impact of any system and process changes and proactively amend and create process documents for the operational process
    • Involvement in testing with IT on change requests that would impact and improve operational processes
    • Creation and updating of test packs
    • Risk, incident, and business continuity management for the team
    • Ad hoc requests and investigations on queries
