Finance Administration Assistant at Rectron South Africa

The main purpose of the job is to capture weekly payments and assist the foreign creditors administrator with invoice capturing.

Education/Qualification

• Matric
• Diploma/Degree

Experience (experience required for the job)

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting /finance environment
• Advanced excel skills

Primary Objectives:

• Loading of weekly and monthly payments
• Capturing invoices related to foreign purchases
• Assistance of the completion of annual external audit
• Escalate problematic issues to the Finance Manager
• Assist with other job-related duties as and when required
• General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
